You may just have to close it an reopen it a few times for it to register, but they are still going and I can sign in 50% of the time. As I previously mentioned to Dubstep, keep trying. I'd hazard a guess that the message about making sure youre signed in with the account that purchased it is due to it not letting you sign in at all.

I'd be curious if any others here that didn't download the games from the store and instead got them through this method are having problems. I assumed that because you downloaded the win 10 version from the store, it should retroactively count as having bought 8 as they are the same download directory on the MS servers.

When I try to sign in I get the message from my post plus another about making sure I'm signing in with the same MS account that downloaded it from the store. That seems to update the license.Īlso, the first login does take awhile. In the Store, do you see Play and Wish List (like I now do)? Or do you see Play and Get? If the latter, choose Get.
